Christmas Decorations!

When Zack and I got home we started decorating our cute little townhouse for Christmas! I was so excited! For some reason I really love decorating!! We played Christmas music and had a blast putting up our tree and lights! I love doing this it is so fun getting into the Holiday spirit! We named our little ( and when I say little I mean little) tree Darma. She gets the job done and keeps us in the holiday mood. Thats all we really need! I also put a big red bow on our door since everyone else in our complex has reefs up. I wanted to be a little different!

Quick trip to AZ!

A couple weekends ago me and my Momma drove down to Arizona for my Niece Kaydas first ballot program! Even though she was only in it for about 5 minutes it was so WORTH it! I finally got to have some auntie time with ALL my little kiddos!

Look at this cute dancer!!! She did so great!

Brock has been learning to skateboard and was so excited to show. I got to grab a quick video of him. It was so Fun!

While we were down there my mom brought a gingerbread house and the kids went crazy! Maybe it wasnt such a good idea to give them that much candy... oh well that is one of the privileges of being the aunite! And as my sister Jessica should know when ever she leaves me to babysit the kids always get dirty somehow. Its just the way I do things haha.

The final product! Plus 3 messy kids and one messy auntie!

Thanksgiving in Liberal!

This past thanksgiving, Zack and I took the long drive to Liberal KS to spend some time with my Dad. It was well worth it! Zack has never really had quality time with my dad and that side of the family so it was great to get our time with them.

My sexy man driving away!

However on the way down we were about 30 minutes away from Liberal. I was driving at this time and what happens.... Yup I get pulled over and got a ticket!! 77 in a 70. He also pulled me over right after a speed limit change sign and caught me for that. I want you all to know I was in the process of slowing down! I think this cop was just mad that he had to work on Thanksgiving. So now our Christmas money gets to pay off my 155 dollar ticket! ARGH!! I know I cant be to mad because I was speeding but it still boils my blood. It put a little damper on our thanksgiving but oh well. I hope everyone else had a great day!

Only in Liberal would you see a sign like this in your hotel room!

Halloween Party!!

So a bunch of us friends got together and party-ed it up last Saturday! Got all dressed up and played games and made Haunted houses. Zack and I dressed up as Frankenstein and his bride. I thought we did a pretty good job all in all. The main game we played was Clue (With a twist) It was real life clue. There were clues all around the house and you had to find out who was the killer, the victim, the weapon and where it happened. And Zack and I won!! We figured it out and got the prize. (Movie tickets to the megaplex whoot whoot)
It was so fun seeing everyone dress up and be like little kids again.

On the real Halloween night we just stayed home and tended to our cute little trick or treaters! In total I believe we had 8 tick or treaters. It was so fun to have our own bowl of candy to hand out! I loved it! Even though I thought I was n my death bed with a major cold. Zack took care of me though and it ended up being a good night!

And that was our first Halloween as Mr and Mrs Hopkins!!Happy Halloween everyone!!

Haunted Houses!

Well the scary season has arrived! For a pre-Halloween experience myself, Zack, Jordan, Ak (Aunt Kathy), Jake, (and jakes fried Andrew)all went to a haunted house. Well actually it was a haunted hallow. The atmosphere was cool but the actually haunting of it was lame. Jordan actually scared me more time then the actually characters. However it was a little different then a haunted house. It was in a forest type place and we hiked around it. Had great potential but didn't quite meet the expectations. Sad.

However the weekend right before Halloween Justin, Lindsay, Zack and I went to a place called Asylum 49. This was an actual mental hospital for patients. Now this haunted was Amazing!! Screamed like a little girl 85% of the house. There were tons of different rooms and characters. Crazy part was there were kids of the age of 4-10 acting in it. There was a nursery part and that's what probably creeped me out the most. I thought of my nephew Brock doing something like this and it gave me the heepie jeepies.

Halloween!!

Is it to early to start decorating for Halloween?? I think NOT! I am just so excited this year to start decorating my little house that I have already started a bit. Zack and I went and got some decorations so we could spice up our place. I am so excited to be able to decorate the little Hopkins home this year. Zack thinks I am crazy but oh well I guess its just a girl thing right....Here is just a little sneak peek of what I have up so far.
And then there is Zack who sat on the couch while I decorated. He would help me choose where to put things. Doesnt he make a great supervisor?? I sure do love him!!!

Rascal Flatts

Back in June I heard that Rascal Flatts was coming to Salt Lake. I got so excited and asked Zack if we could get tickets because they are probably one of my favorite bands ever! So we got 4 tickets so my dad and Janel could join. However they couldnt make it so my mom and Alyssa came instead.
Justin Moore and Sara Evans preformed before Rascal Flatts came on, and they were both AMAZING!!! I have always loved Sara Evans and getting to hear her live was something I can check off the bucket list.
Even though it poured for about 10 minutes, it was still an amazing concert!!

Wedding pictures!!!!

Whoot whoot!!! We got the wedding pictures in! Here are just a few, if you wanna look at all of them you can go to www.clients.jennykphotographyanddesign.com. Jenny did such an amazing job!!! I love all of them!!
